Just an update.
Got my dates all booked, although flying into LAX. However, the CSA had trouble finding my flight out of Newark. She went through it 3 times before telling me it just wasn't showing. It was showing on JAL and the CSA from the previous day had found it eventually. I told her it was definitely there and gave her the flight number and then she managed to locate it, saying there were only 2 seats left (JAL were showing 4 and is now showing 2 still available after my booking)
