We're such a social lot that I'm getting in early with this date. I could emulate Cruiser's MEL dinner invite exclusion list, but that would still be everyone AFF CBR qualified to come along. So come one come all. Write it in the diary now. And, then put your name below.
Should be in CBR then so I’ll be along thx

We are getting closer to summer, 39 tomorrow and well > 30 for the next week and no rain. However, press on we must. There are a few recalcitrant rsvps - you know who you are... If anyone still wishes to RSVP one way or the other, now is a preferable time.

I can't think of anything preventing me from attending, so please count me in. Not sure about Karen though. She often doesn't know until the day.

If anyone attending the drinks/dinner would like to help organise the AFF Gathering for a year later, please feel free to discuss amongst yourselves on the 4th and contact me following to take a lead role – if you would like. Would be happier to lean on a local next year than organise from afar ;)

Hvr, better bring your longjohns too because the long hot summer hasn’t quite started yet. Looking forward to catching up and also having steak and lots of it.

Damn. Just saw this thread.
would have loved to catch up. But I am public transport dependent. So hopefully next time

Ok, next time - would be the autumn get together, assuming we haven’t been blown away by the gale force wins or burnt to the ground by the bushfires.
