I recall reading somewhere if they need to re-issue the ticket (i.e involves changing routing not just dates or times) they re-price the taxes and fuel fines on the whole itinerary, which means if fuel fines have increased since original issue, you need to pay more. But I don't think there have been any significant changes in the last two weeks.

They just announced some increased fuel fines today didn't they?? So yes be careful with this, I booked a OW 140k award back in 2011 i think it was and originally was like $500 in taxes and surcharges then there were a couple of fuel surcharge increases in a couple of months and when i called back about 3 months later to change a flight or two I had to pay over $800....

I thought that was just for EK flights today...?

There are two Radissons in Talinn, apparently. Which is better?

We stayed at the Radisson SAS, which I think is now called Radisson Blu Sky. Can't compare it to the other sorry, but if you chose this one, it shouldn't disappoint. Big glass tower, about 10 mins walk from the Old Town walls, good staff and a fantastic rooftop bar.
