Centrally located hotels in Ho Chi Minh City

We went with the Sofitel in the end and were very happy with the hotel. Great location - easy walking distance to city and sights and quiet at night, felt very safe too considering its adjacency to three embassies. Rooms were nicely appointed; it was the first time for me seeing Lanvin toiletries. :!:

Absolutely loved HCMC, now can't wait to visit Hanoi next.

Thank you for your reply. Glad it's not just me! I love the 24/7 buzz of HCMC.

Based on the lounge alone, I recommend Sofitel Plaza in Hanoi over Pullman. Although I will try Sofitel Metoprolol on my next visit.

Hanoi weather is quite cool atm. Was there in early Jan and loved it.
