I think the writer of that article wasn't entirely accurate with the facts. Still referred to free companion tickets which AFAIK isn't the case these days.

LOL, all I wanted one year was AFL grand final tickets. The much vaunted service couldn't do it. Madge's cardigan? MMM maybe, but so?

Oh well, each to their own :)
 
The sourcing tickets service is a joke. When I was in the UK I wanted tickets for the FA cup final. I rang up Centurion who rang me back with the fantastic news that they had sourced 2 tickets for £2000 each ( the face value was about £150 each)

Wow what an amazing service not!! Any idiot can ring up ticket touts (scalpers) r us or something similar.

Did get some free tickets to see Sting at the Royal Albert Hall once though which was good :)
