Centurion Concierge Service: Fact or Fiction???

We are organising another holiday, so will test out their travel service. I found the seat myself so will not be using them. We are promised a 12pm tomorrow deadline.

Okay - heard my wife's story. A beach house drivable from the Sunshine Coast (may be the Gold Coast or Byron Bay). Reply: oh.. we don't have connections with those properties..... :evil:

They found a property in Kingscliff which is apparently very nice (Peppers!) and five-star. My wife said that she's been there before and didn't really like it, and the answer was there isn't anything else...

Thinking about calling the concierge to see if they can do a better job.
