Chance of upgrade?

I am flying on a Classic One World Redemption (35,ooo Miles 280,000 pts), one sector is MEL- LAX QF93 (direct), any suggestions of any chance of an upgrade to First, I should be P1 by the time I board. Travelling with wife and she should be P1 by then also. (assuming there are unsold or redeemed seats in 1st).
