soooo.... anytime access got a good airing. but the policy didn't change. did anything actually change as a direct result of the last meeting?

To be fair, some could say Anytime Access is still around, the amount of times I've walked into the club and simply 'flashed' my card (though all times I did have a boarding pass for a flight that day anyway).

Also, after the demise of Anytime Access they did introduce Arrival Access, which I consider to be a great benefit... and wouldn't be happy if they removed that!

It could simply be that your reflection off the well polished shiny card blinded the lounge angels/dragons or was it simply your DYKWIA composure as you strolled passed reception Sam? ;):p:lol:

lets not forget that by everyone submitting questions that the market research is already happening!

Got to admire the technique!

In fairness - QF got honest unfiltered feedback, and we got straightforward opinions and explanations from the horse's mouth.

Even if those explanations weren't always satisfactory or in fact exposed flawed and misguided thinking on the part of QF.

That said - direct feedback is always better than meaningless quantitive drivel - which QF relies heavily on.

I think there's a danger of getting carried away here.
Qantas are running a competition to meet Lesley Grant and have a slap up lunch at Rockpool with a convivial chat.
They did the same in Oct 2011: a slap up lunch at Rockpool and a convivial chat with Simon Hickey and Steph Tully
Did the world change then?
No
And I don't expect it to now

Good Luck to all who enter

True but doesn't society fail when everyone gives up trying to change the world for the better?

One from Sydney submitted. C'mon Batesy's questions!!!
Yes, I talked about myself in the third person....

Ok you lot, I *hope* you asked some good ones - because I've dropped in a couple of doozies that'll make Lesley, Stephanie (hope she's still around - was really great to talk with her), Red Roo, and the rest of the QF Loyalty clan sweat some bullets in thinking of the conversation they'll spark, let alone coming up with an answer :D

Nothing like leaving things to the last minute - my entry has been submitted.

Free on Tuesday 12 March and would like to join us for lunch at Rockpool Bar and Grill in Sydney?

We would like to invite 20 members to have lunch with Lesley Grant (CEO Qantas Loyalty). Winners flights will be included if not from Sydney.

All you need to do is provide us with the 3 questions you would like to ask the team about the program, including the new Emirates partnership. We will pick the winner's based on what will spark the most interesting conversation. Winners must have been a member of Australian Frequent Flyer for 12 months to enter.

What to do?

1. Send a private message with your 3 questions to me by 22 February
2. Include your Qantas Frequent Flyer number
3. Be available on Tuesday 12 March

The last time we did this it was a huge success (Neil Perry party pies anyone.....) so be sure you do not miss out on your chance this time.

Cheers,
Red Roo

The Australian Frequent Flyer management team (admin and all moderators) will not be available for selection.

Would love to enter this but it won't allow me to PM you even if I just registered - any other way we can send you our three questions?
