The site has just been updated to include Jetstar.
Appears you can now choose both airlines and their range of fares.
Even tried a couple on connecting options and builds a trip...I'm sure you still have to collect yr bag but its easier than trying to use 2 web sites and work out what connections are legal. I didnt need to make a booking as the QF flights and price were fine to me but interested as to how well it works if others give it a go
