Changes to QF Loyalty Bonus (now includes status credits)

It is a bit bizarre that mine has a picture of a gift wrapped P1 card in it-which seems odd that it doesn't really apply to getting P1 so... it's a bit of false advertising there (but they do make it clear in the email, not just the fine print, that the loyalty bonus SC's don't apply to P1)

I do not see anywhere the requirement for the 2400 SC level though

Someone in PR has obviously written this without a department that requires brains checking it first. If I earn 500 status credits in a year I'm already going to be at silver.

Seeing as it has been brought up, I wonder if we'll all be getting new cards again, or waiting for renewal to get them? I liked the old one and was a fan of the roo with concentric roo's leading out... but can't tell if the roo is completely missing on the new card, or not? At least it's a simple design.

That looks like part of a roo just to the left of the bow.

It seems that the card picture relates to your current membership level, hence I received a nice SG one.

And yes, the new streamlined Roo does seem to be there, under the ribbon.

The new WP card seems the nicest looking of the lot so far with the Red Roo.

P1 card is even more bland - they took the red colour off the PLATINUM ONE wording.

Gold looks quite nice too

I think a 50 or 100 sc bonus is great to help you on your way. 90 days is plenty of time to know if you're going to make a run for your target or hang at home with the family because you no longer need to take those 5 flights for 50 sc. I think it's a great response to VA's flybuys sc promo.
