Many thanks both. Can’t see anyway to do it online or on app myself, so will try travel agent as you suggest.Yes you can have multiple FF numbers in the PNR either on a per flight or per airline basis. Ask your travel agent or call the relevant airline.

During recent DSC dates, I booked flights which involve flying to Vancouver on Qantas, then to Toronto on AC, on one PNR. Is there a way to attach different FF numbers to the different flights, or do I have to change after each flight is completed?
Yes, that’s done regularly, beforehand. If my travel agent arranges an around the world itinerary, I can have three or four different frequently numbers on different sectors.
Are your AC flights would be QF coded ? They are in different alliances so the AC leg probably has no frequent-flier number against it at the moment.
This is probably one for @madrooster

You learn every day - had no idea this could be done. Upcoming Finnair and Jetstar flights - I can use Finnair points for in-flight wifi which is generally fast. But Dont want to waste Jetstar leg (B) Points so will use QF.An alternative if it's all too hard to make the change is to remove the number and retroclaim each flight individually
If you have QF status, the only thing you can't get by showing the card is extra baggage (though should selected seats before removing)
