I have used my FF points and Classic Flight Awards to book a Business (U) seat SYD-LHR this August. In Manage My Booking I cannot find anywhere to book complimentary chauffeur drive from Heathrow on arrival, which was available to me for a similar booking in August last year. Can anybody tell me how to do this, or has something changed?
Apologies if this is answered elsewhere, but I can't seem to find the information.

Qantas Chauffeur Drive Terms & Conditions

Award tickets i assume fall under the category of "complimentary tickets" and are not eligible for the service i dont think.
Assuming your on Qantas. But i think its the same for Emirates. No idea about other airlines that offer the service

QF J/F Awards to LHR are eligible for chauffeur drive. I'm not sure why this doesn't appear on your booking. Maybe call QF to enquire.

And welcome to AFF ross1943 :)

Award tickets fir J/F are fully entitled to CD on QF and EK. If it doesn't show in your booking, as PF says, call the QF service centre.

but only if on an 081 (QF) or 176 (EK) issued ticket. If you're on an AA Award, you're SOOL (as I found out).

Thank you everybody for your help and suggestions: I am on an 081 (QF) ticket obtained with QF FF points. I called QF, and an extremely helpful person did the bookings for me (although it did take half an hour for her to manage to do so), but she could not explain why Manage My Bookings would not allow me to do so myself. Anyway, all is now resolved, and I am happy.

Good result :)

A further question in a similar vein. I've booked award flights using QF points LYS-SYD in J/F. The flight numbers are EK flight numbers. Qantas MMB let me book chauffeur drive but I am worried that because the flights are EK operated the booking won't stick. Should I book the limo through the EK website instead or am I being too cautious?

To answer my own question, I didn't change anything and there was a car waiting for us in SYD.

Last June we had 2 award j seats booked with QF points on EK SIN-DXB-DUS. Totally forgot about CB until we were landing at DXB when it was mentioned on the IFE. Whilst waiting in the lounge, the ladies did a booking for us for pickup at DUS, though they thought it may have been too late. On arrival, a nice man waiting, our bags were first off, and being a former historian, his drive into the city was a great start to 3-4 days in Dusseldorf.
