I thought I would let everyone in on this great website

Grabaseat Reverse Auctions by Air New Zealand

Seats are auctioned off every Tuesday

They are mainly internal flights, However they do have some international flights

Auckland to Los Angeles
Auckland to Tokyo
Auckland to Hong Kong
Auckland to Honolulu (My favourite) :D
Auckland to Osaka
Auckland to Shanghia
But I have not seen a Auckland to London :mad:

and if you need a cheap one way ticket from NZ they have them two but just cant see any advantages with this

They say on the terms and conditions that you need to be a NZ resident but I have booked several flights on this website and have had no issues
I gather they are happy with the money

Last flight

Was to Honolulu in Feb 2012

Total Cost for 2 people $1297 (Did I forget to mention that is in NZ$)

and AUD$450.00 in flight to NZ from Sydney

You just have to look out for cheap tickets to NZ on Virgin and other airline when planning to book these flights because sometimes they can work out to be more expensive
Unless you want Two Holidays in One ;)

Previous trips have been to the Los Angeles and Honolulu (again) and Hong Kong

And on one occasion I earnt Frequent Flyer points with United

Agree, given that the dates are quite restrictive, and then you havent much freedom to book flights to and from Oz, and then hard to make sure you can hols from your employer that match. I then again I suppose it depends on price. But its a great share
