Is there a way to check availability for the Accor Plus Stay Plus (free night) while currently holding a reservation for the same? It seems to disqualify you from searching for potential better options before it's used.

I gave up trying to find a night where i could use Stay Plus at a Sofitel at a time when I could travel. Ended up using it at SO Auckland instead.

The room rate booked includes breakfast but only for nights 1-2 and not night 3 (the Stay plus free night), which is ok because I have a super early departure well before breaky starts on that final day, but cheeky none the less.

Also first time ever I noticed a price difference ($60) if booking for 1 vs 2 people (same room, same bed). I usually book for two even if I'm on my own to get 2 drinks vouchers, but 1 extra drink was not worth $60 for me.

Coming up for membership renewal in a month. I'm doubtful of the value of paying $140 extra for a "free" night, which appears to only buy a discount in some cases, and for which availability appears to be haphazard except in properties where there is little or no benefit. Also the $140 shelled out for the "free" night doesn't earn status points or a status night (wrong if you have a f&b charge). IIRC the "free" night is only available in tandem with a paid night at the property (wrong). Please let me know if I have any of this wrong.

cheers skip

Used my free night at Sofitel Queenstown this year and room was $740 per night.
Some good savings if you are prepared to search but when I was looking recently I saw the Swissotel Singapore had free night availability on rooms worth $500+ per night.
To your second point as long as you charge something to your room during your stay you will receive a status night for the free night so just charge a drink from the bar or a meal etc.
The free night doesn’t have to be in conjunction with a paid night either, you can book the free night on its own.

Sorry for the impost and I know it's a long shot but hoping someone can advise if there is any free night availability between 1 and 20 Jan at either the Fairmont Maldives (preference Jungle Villa) or Pullman Maldives (preference Beach Villa) for 2A 2C?
And are the Accor Plus rates 10% off the current flash sale prices?
Thanks so much.

Pullman Maldives won’t as they don’t participate in the program.
Fairmont would need a 3n stay minimum but haven’t looked to see if any free nights are available

Thanks for the super quick reply. Apologies - I meant Movenpick rather than Pullman and looking to stay for ~7 nights. Also interested in the price of the 7night AI package available to Accor Plus Members (say check in 11 Jan). Grateful advice.

Can someone check if there's any availabilities in Kyoto, Japan on 15th and 16th January 2024? or between 17th to 21st January in Osaka? Thank you in advance!

Planning to purchase accor plus through Malaysia site for 2 free nights.

researching if there is value in getting Accor+ for upcoming trips,

Can anyone confirm if there are any rooms available for a family of 4 (2 Adults, 2 Children 8 & 10),

Tokyo 30/9/24 - 11/10/24, haven't been before so no experience yet
Singapore 12/10/24 - 14/10/24, we like Swissotel/Fairmont in Singapore but open to others

Possibly looking to get the indo Accor+ with the wife and try to split our bookings (4 nights).

thanks in advance.

Would really appreciate it if someone could check stay plus free night availability for Sydney for 22nd Feb, just for one night. Any 5 star hotel. Thanks in advance!
No 5 stars. Pullman Penrith has no stars on the Accor site but it is available.

Plenty of 4 stars available - Novotels, Mercures etc
