Check In Location on partner Airlines

I have rewards booking SYD - HKG flying Cathay, HKG - FCO flying Finnair and FCO - BKK flying Royal Jordanian. Ive printed off all itineraries from Qantas, so should i be going to the airline desks im flying with for check in, or will QANTAS issue these tickets at every airport?

You will check in with the operating airline. Same goes for selecting seats etc. Do that via the operating airlines website.
