After 3 months of discrepancies, I am still encountering the same issue for the fourth month. so please check your statement as the issue hasnt been fixed yet.

Having gone through my statements I only found 2 problems with points.

If a transaction was made on the last date of the statement the points were sometimes posted the following month. I am currently owed a few hundred points but expect them to appear on the next statement as they have been adjusted this way in the past.

The other is an odd one. I had a hotel booking that was paid upfront and no points were posted. In the end I ended up cancelling the booking so would have expected a refund but the points weren't posted for that either. So, in the end the points were correct but it was odd that none posted neither for the original booking nor the refund.
