I didn't work for me with my Citibank. But, then again, Citi never works right...
Do you get charged a 2% cash advance fee with ANZ when doing one of those BPAYs?

Yes the fee is charged. Haven't tried it with my Citibank but thanks for letting me know

I'll take your word for it. Don't want to be slugged with a cash advance fee. I only found out that it works with ANZ because they warn you after you put the biller code in that the transaction will be a cash advance (if the biller doesn't accept CC payments through BPAY, and of course one can double check with the BPAY website).
