Citi Cashback Offer

So had the spend $300 from 14/Dec/22 to 14/Feb/23 on Citi lending account and receive $50 cash back offer. Activated and achieved the target last month.

On 03/Feb/23 notice the cashback amount applied for the promotion is $33.36! Is it just me or do they do this intentionally to everyone? Now to waste time trying to get $50.

Just breathing a bit of life into this thread rather than starting a new one.

I can't access the card offers page for some reason (just keeps spinning but nothing loads up). There's been a few useful offers recently, amongst the shoe ones, and I'd be interested to know the offers for this month. Will try to post offers in the future if the glitch gets sorted.

Same issue for me over the last two weeks or so. I'm pretty sure I had a Special gift card offer spend $100 get $10 back and a Reject Shop spend $15 get $5 back but can't get in to double check. I emailed the developer email address that is on the Google Play store for the Citi app.

same issue, i don't think they are investing in the app given it will eventually move away from citi. The app itself take minutes to log in for me and has been like this for over a year.

There was an update to the app pushed out today, but the cashback page is still broken.

Still not loading up for me, wifi or data.

Anything to get excited about @SydneySwan? (Citi offers that is, excitement about trains in Portugal is a given 🤣 )
