Citi Prestige - cancelled card = cancelled Priority Pass

Does anyone know if it's possible to get a physical priority pass card? I know the citi prestige benefit states digital membership only, however I'm wondering if anyone has had success.

I received a physical card out of the blue well into the 12 month period.

Thanks good to know. I activated in October 2023 and have not received any card since.
