Card Promotions Citi Prestige Qantas Credit Card Offer: 150,000 bonus Qantas Points

Is there a credit score that you guys aim for across equifax/experian and illion before you apply for this card? I know it's a veryyyyyyyyy broad question - just wondering if i should wait a bit longer for my credit score to increase or just go for it?
