Citibank cards absent from 15% Velocity bonus conversion program

Yet again CB are notable by their absence in the current 15% Velocity conversion campaign. Last time this happened I kicked up a fuss and they did something about so I guess I'll have to do the same again. Any other views/experience?

What did they do? The last time (maybe late last year?) Citi didn't offer it.
 
So does this mean Velocity will not give you the 15% bonus for any points transferred from Citibank?
