Can I have an update on getting the money off the card please in Australia.
So If there is $2K on the Debit card is this in you Citibank Plus account and you transfer it to another bank account via Direct debit?
Or do you need to go to a Citibank and withdraw over the counter or at the ATM in Australia?
Does it need to be Citibank for no fees or is there another Bank that has no fees via ATM in Australia?
Family member reckons it is in a Cheque account but this is incorrect right?

Edit: Discovered have done before and just direct from Citibank Plus account to bank account transfer......phew!

Just got cash off my card at an OZ ATM. Tried Bendigo, but they wanted to charge. There was a Westpac next to it, & that was free.

The Citibank card is just like any other mainstream Australian bank account. You can transfer, bpay, atm withdraw etc.

As per this link, ATM network - Citibank Australia, all Citibank, Westpac, St.George, BankSA and Bank of Melbourne branded ATMs in Australia are fee free.
