Citibank deperate to waive annual fee

The BT can be done with any bank, not just Citi. they are easy ways to get it down if they don't provide a cheque to self. I have over $100k sitting on my mortgage from doing this right now!

Don't forget the big catch - once you have the 80% on a 6 months interest free deal.... you can't use the credit card again (otherwise from DAY 1 it attracts interest). So you will need another Visa/MasterCard with a decent earn rate to use instead (since your regular AMEX isn't accepted everywhere).
