Or you could go grab a cheap Android phone somewhere, e.g. Ausdroid | Aldi to launch new Onix Android phone and FullHD Android Media Box on March 26th (in my local store they've now dropped the price), even if you only use it for your OTP.

I am getting an OTP failure in the iOS app, but only when viewing transactions, not when generating an OTP from the home page (for the website).

Is anyone else having issues?

I've follow the error message instructions to re-sync OTP but it still fails.

Have given up on the APP OTP (use the SMS one), my account keeps on geting locked and have to setup a new one each time. Citibank Customer (no) Service are typically of no use what so ever.

My OTP App stopped working. Found that with the recent onlne login changes I simply had to do one mobile login via the App and since then OTP has worked fine.

I've been using the iphone app since the website was switched over. The OTP code in the app works fine overseas and it doesn't matter which SIM you have installed, 3g/wifi or nothing it works

Mine is working again now.. I changed nothing, but the system decided to start generating OTPs again in the app with no issue.
Just a glitch I guess.

Just called Citibank and asked why I still keep getting error messages about OTP recognition. So the new internet banking (which did work a couple of times for me with OTP) does not work with macs. That was the plain and simple response, no mac support and they are working on it with no time frame.

Weird - works perfectly with iPhone / iPad - BUT - nothing with Citi makes sense.
