Citibank online banking update

It definitely did until very recently.

Found it under "citibank Thank you rewards". Had seen it before but didn't think it would have Australia as a region. Anyway seems like there is no point to it now as it doesn't seem to work. Asked me for a OTP when I tried to update it...

I am the supplemtary cardholder for my partner's account and now I can only view transactions relating to my card and not hers anymore. Just a negative there.

It worked great for me last night as I was re-loading the card for paying a few things at the end of this month.

It's just Award Wallet that I'm having trouble with (Citibank online banking itself is working fine). I emailed Award Wallet about it and got a prompt reply saying they are looking into it.

That's good. I woke this morning to find 14 requests for a Citibank OTP on my phone. I assume that they were triggered by Award Wallet attempting balance updates. At least, I hope they were!

Yeah same thing happened to me the other day. Freaked me out for a minute.

I haven't tried deleting citi rewards and re-adding to award wallet yet.

No negatives but have noticed their fancy password keyboard is gone, and the one time PIN they SMS has a life of 5 minutes, down from 8.

Same here.

I use my bank account (BPAY) to pay Citi account. Takes a lot longer (2+ days) for credit to post to Citi account. Does payment through Citi's page post credits faster?

Paying a CitiBank credit card at the post office with cash and it applies to the account straight away as "available credit"

The Citibank statement indicates "A fee will apply for these transactions" for an Aussie Post payment. Is there any fee when paying by cash?

Yes $2.50 or something, but if you need a payment to hit your account fast and it's a large payment, a small fee is worth it !

True though a Large payment in my case would be a bagful of cash.

You have to do it in $3K lots - its the max the PO computer accept - however if you do it back to back I have only ended up with the one transaction fee - and yes $50 notes takes them awhile but it does clear the card straightaway

No feed to deposit into your CitiPlus account, then can transfer to your CitiCC from there :)

I'm never sure about the Citi availability of funds.
My understanding, which may well be wrong, is that if you deposit into CitiPlus then the funds are only available the following day. If you then transfer to the credit card then, again, those funds are only available the next day which means the process is 48 hours.

Can someone verify this?

I can verify depositing into a CitiPlus@PO shows up instantly :)

I have had no trouble using funds in either the plus or visa accounts as soon as they show in the balance, even before they show as a transaction. I regularly transfer from an outside bank, funds show at midnight and can be used immediately

Any progress since?
