Yes PP do. So sit back and relax.
Remember that you are the only person that can use the 2 single entry primary card holder visits. Any guest with you will cost USD27 billed to your Citi card.
The process works very well. I have used my 2 passes along with paid guests. A good adjunct lounge access for when you are flying on carriers you have no lounge access.
I got a reply from PP two days later saying all Citi issue PP's have been discontinued.
Does anyone know when the cycle starts from. IE. is it a calendar year or taken from when you join?
Don't know that it's that clear from what you have presented. All it says is "membership year".From the time you join, below from the T&C:
- One complimentary Priority Pass™ Standard Membership, with two complimentary lounge visits, for the primary cardholder is a special feature of the Signature card. Signature cardholders must enrol for the Priority Pass Standard Membership at prioritypass.com/citibankaus. Once you have enrolled, please allow up to 15 working days for your Priority Pass card to arrive in the mail. Unused visits cannot be carried forward to the following membership year. The total number of complimentary visits will be reset two at the beginning of each membership year while you remain a Signature cardholder.

I'm on the fee free for life signature and haven't received a new priority pass card after the first year one lapsed. How do I rectify this?
Do they check your name against your boarding pass / passport when you use your PP card? E.g. could I give my PP cards to my parents to use?
