Citibank Priority Pass renewal

Hi, I am trying to renew my Priority Pass from Citibank Premier card. It was originally a Visa and is now a Mastercard, so when I try to edit my card details it only comes up with Visa type. Citibank gave me a code but I don't need to enrol as I am already enrolled. Could someone let me know how to go about it please.

Mine just auto renews each year, I haven't had to do anything since I first got it many years ago.

I struggled too...just created a new PP account with a different email address and worked fine.
PP support were a waste of time

IIRC, this is what I ended up doing.

I have a bit of a different issue. My priority pass app now says membership expired, and when I check which card they have on file it's one from years ago that I've long cancelled.

When I try to update the details to my prestige card I get a 'card already in use' error. Guessing the best bet would be to contact Citibank?

Just set up a new PP account with a new username...

That was my first thought, but it gives me the 'card already in use' error when I put this card in under my payment details

Actually, silly me. Looks like I had done this exact thing two years ago.

Thanks for jogging my memory. Wish I had realised this two days ago at the airport!

Just the app as I see my last physical card was Jan 2023!
