can i have anyones experience with the time it takes for the reward points to go from citibank and appear in your velocity account- have done it online and a message said UP TO 3 WEEKS - that is insane....signature card...

I phone to transfer points and there has been no delay to either Velocity or Kris Flyer.

Try hard not to call them about anything else as about half of what you get told can be incorrect. Just enjoy the miles and read your monthly statement carefully and you will enjoy Citi.

Hmm- been with them for over 10 years...almost never read my statement...not sure if i want to know! agree re call centre customer service- bad at best...

If you read your monthly statement you may figure out what expenses Citi are not paying points on that month.

Took 2-3 days for the points to appear for me both times.

Update- did online transfer of points on Sunday (call centre closed) - rang citibank monday- told the points had already left that end. Points not in account with velocity. Spoke to velocity- nothing they can do- takes up to 5 working days to appear. Appeared today - 48 hrs later - burnt them all in 2 minutes.
