I have also seen the 60,000 point bonus and fee free for first year offer for the Citibank Signature card. What are the opinions out there on which is the best option - fee free for life or attractive bonus with fee free first year only?

I got the bonus and one year later sent a letter where I said I wanted the fee free and they gave it to me (actually they never replied but I was never charged a fee!).

So you had 1 signature card with bonus points, then wanted to get another sig card fee free? Then they didn't give you 2nd card but stopped charging a fee?

No they converted my existing card (whch Id already received a bonus on) to fee free (or at least I think thats what they did, as noted they never communicated with me but I havent been charged a fee for the last year).

Has anyone had success getting to that link lately? I tried today and it brings me back to the Citibank cards page. Was hoping to sign up for this but looks like I may have left it too late!

You should ring up Citibank and see if they can accommodate, this offer seems to have been available for quite some time so I can't imagine they wouldn't want more business...
