Rang up to transfer some rewards points earned on my Citibusiness Gold to QFF points only to be told that this was no longer possible. I asked since when and they said last September. Anyone else encountered this?

Good news...the woman I spoke to at the call centre just rang me back and said she had spoken to various people at Citibank and (after almost apologizing for the stuff-up ) executed the transfer to QFF on the spot, giving me a reference number. She said that I could continue to do transfers to QFF in the future and that Citi hadn't changed the rules on Citibusiness transfers to QFF.
Yes that is the current standard fee and I would suggest talking to them about getting the annual fee reversed (your success in this may depend on how long you have been with Citibank and how many transactions you put through - YMMV). I get it reversed each year.
How much are you putting through it? If you don't mind me asking? And do you have anything else with Citi?
Not that much considering its for my business averages out to be around 4K per month. It's more likely that I have been with Citibank for 20 years which makes it easy to reverse the annual fee.
Interesting. Our logistics bill alone is more than that so I gave them a call and got it waived for "being a valued customer since 2012"
It's a little amusing because last year they left the fee at $75.00 for the second year so I didn't bother hassling them (as it was 50% off) but when they raise it up to 100% I call up and get it reduced to $0
That's a great result Voy. I kick myself for only finding AFF in 2008 and always paying all those annual fees before then.

My waiver is just a once off they said, but next year I will try again pointing out how much i spend on the card.
