Claiming Missing SCs online

Hi Everyone.

Its been two weeks and my points and SC's haven't credited on my VA flight to LAX. Went online to fill in the form and it automatically comes back as rejected because I apparently did not board the flight. About to fire off an email to hopefully get it sorted. Interested to hear if anyone else has had any issues?

Yeah have had an Etihad claim denied online but sorted out by email easily enough. Took several weeks though.
