If a claim for missing status credits for flights taken before the expiry date of the current credits has not been processed, will the credits be retrospectively applied?? ie I was 20 points of the next level (expiry 30 September) and applied for missing status credits for flights on 22 and 23 September - but this has not been processed yet - as the flights were taken (and the status credits earned) before the expiry date of the 280 credit points, will they retrospectively apply the points to move me to the next level??? Thanks in advance.

Most airlines will apply the SCs from a retro claim to the period they were applicable for, although there have been some issues with Velocity lately, non of which could not be sorted out with a phone call.
