Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone had encountered the same issue as me when trying to book a Classic Reward flight....

I was looking to book two one way Classic Reward flights from Perth > Melbourne, and Melbourne > Brisbane. I had selected the flights and proceeded to the payment page. Unfortunately at this point my browser crashed.

After searching for the flights again they now have no award availability on the flights that I had previously locked in. I wonder if the system has 'held' these for me as I was on the payment page. I spoke with Qantas through their online chat but they were not much help.

Has anyone on here had a similar experience? if so, did your flights ever become available again for you to book? (e.g. the system 'unlocked' them after a period of time)

Thanks,

Paul

I thought it was about 20 minutes. Have you checked your inbox in case the booking was successful and your received an itinerary or did you not get up to the part where you added the credit card details in?

I had a revenue booking with a crashing browser. A booking was made, but no ticket issued. Did you log into your account and had a look into the "my bookings" section. If you did put your FF number into the booking it should apperar there. The call centre could either cancel the booking or issue a ticket.

Bookings without a ticket will be canceled by a ticket robot after about 24h.
