Hello. I have a family member due to fly today CBR/SYD to JFK via HND. HND-JFK is with JL. Return flight (also Classic Reward) is all QF. She is Bronze and Y seating.
The CBR flight leaves at 4pm.
Last night she saw a Dr and is now receiving antibiotics for tonsilitis. This morning she is up and has no temp still.

- Within 24 hours of your Classic Flight Reward booking departing, you can change date and time, or cancel your booking, by calling your local Qantas office. Exception: If the change is requested for an airline that requires ticket reissue for changes to flight number or date of travel, changes are only permitted up to 24 hours before departure of the first flight in your booking.
I guess the biggest question is whether the change requires a ticket reissue from JL. I would have thought so. If so then she would have to go and wear a mask. I'd be worried if her temp did go up and she tried entering the U.S. though.
