Got sent a link this morning via Apple News to a CNN article. A serious topic but also a bit of a chuckle for your Sunday morning.
CNN article on flying with sleeping pills
(Sleeping pills and planes: Embarrassing tales from 35,000 feet)

Story is about the unwanted 'sleepwalking' side effects of sleeping pills on some passengers.

I've never felt inclined to take pill on a flight, but maybe as I get older I'll find it harder to recover at the other end and look more towards getting more sleep. I do like the advice about a good walk on arrival though, especially early morning there when the streets are empty. I've always found an hour or so is a great way to re-circulate the blood, get to discover/enjoy the new surrounds, find nearby restaurants. Got some great snaps in NYC on a 5am walk one day.
