Codeshares?

I'm trying to search for el cheapo mel to kul 20ish sept. to 6ish Oct.

I can find outbound with MH in L and V no probs but inbound is showing no seats available in those fares.

My q is.....there are available seats on MH codeshares such as Luft. etc.

Can I book the el cheapo L or V MH fare on MH outbound and Luft codeshare L or V fare on MH codeshare since they're the same flights?

I hope that makes sense

If you can find a website that will offer that combination of flights the it should be possible.

If not then you will need to purchase a one way on MH website and another one way on LH website which may work out to be very expensive.
