Coles gift card offers

From Wednesday February 19, get 1000 bonus flybuys on any of the following gift cards:

Ultimate for Him
Ultimate Kids
Ultimate Teens
Ultimate for Students
Ultimate for Home

NOTE: Once per account only.

Found this advertised in store today. It was NOT advertised in the regular weekly catalogue, so there is a small possibility that it is store specific. In any case this is problematic for me as the store had no stock!

I managed to get one of these cards today.

Seems that the balance is a lot easier to check on these cards vis a vis the VISA Only cards.

I've just read all of the terms of the card and I can't see anything about an inactivity fee. I thought that was something that was associated with these cards?

I bought a couple today, but needed to visit 3 stores to find any. Based on this, I'm assuming it will be available more than once/household.

No sign of the sign at my store but will try either way.

Dr Ralph these definitely did have a fee. About $2.50 a month from memory, but that didn't apply immediately.

If you have a look at their website you can still see the old terms which does have informationabout the fee.

But this doesn't happen any more.

Makes these cards potentially more interesting.

I understand that, but it has different language to flybuys normal wording, and the low stock levels in my area suggest there has been a run on them. Will report back
Was there much stock to begin with is probably a fair question to ask.

Just looking at the space on the shelf for these cards suggests to me that there weren't many available originally. I'd estimate less than 20 in my stores.

If you're waiting for it to show on your Flybuys statement that can take several days.

From Wednesday March 11, get 10% off the following gift cards:

The Active Card
The Baby Card
The Her Card
The Him Card
The Kids Card
The Home Card

WARNING: If you've never purchased or used this range of cards I'd strongly suggest you read the discussion about these in the Woolworths gift card thread. In short, you want absolutely nothing to do with them!

Couldn’t find any vanilla Visa but I did see this. They said no activation fee. :

Found the vanilla Visa $100. But there’s no sign up about the bonus points. Does the bonus still work with no sign?

I would chance it - unlikely to be a store specific e-promotion. My local had no signs but a big hole where they used to be
bought a few today from a store with no sign, lets see how it goes

my points from a store two days ago, with the sign have posted

From yesterday, store with no sign in WA. Edit: thanks @Dr Ralph for the mention of the offer
