Is this the return of the targeted Coles GC offers?! (Either way I didn't get targeted, so it does seem to be just like old days)
Use an Amex, spend where you can't (or surcharged)I might be missing something but what is the point of maxing out this offer and buying 10 cards? Sure, you end up with an extra 10k points but doesn't the activation fee of each card make this offer a bit silly?
You also used to get 105 extra Flybuys for the purchase too but this may have changed
I said extra as my understanding was that GCs (Bunnings excepted) do not earn Flybuys outside of promotion periods (as per Flybuys T&Cs). Could be wrong as T&Cs not always consistently appliedYou will get the standard 105 FB points. I have never got an extra 105 points on top.

5% discount purchasing these via gift cards - just like the good old WISH card inception days.I might be missing something but what is the point of maxing out this offer and buying 10 cards? No. This has been discussed on AFF before. This never changed at Coles.I thought that has been shut off by both Coles and Woolworths a while back?
PS: looking at other threads it does seem third party GCs do earn VA status credits-whatever that signifies now
Everything except the Home and maybe the Uber looks aspirational at the momentFrom Wednesday May 6, get 2000 bonus Flybuys when you buy a $50 of above Uber, Hoyts, The Home Card, Ticketek or Webjet gift card.
Offer once per gift card type.
Lower discount started today. Means this is now only 3% discount if paying via credit card. And there is still a $500 cap per month.Looks like Coles gift card has disappeared from AGL Rewards
Correction: It's still there, but listed under ALL STATES and REDUCED to 4%!
