Commonwealth Travel Plus, full travel agent?

I just activated my Platinum card and I have a question.
Is Travel Plus a fully fledged travel agent? By that i mean, can i book a One World round the world fare through them?
I attempted to ring them but the service just hangs up after i enter my credit card number.
I really want to book my flight through Travel Plus to take advantage of the 4x points multiplier and 1:1 QFF ratio.
 
I did try to book my next DONE4 through them but had to ring.Twice they promised to ring back but nothing happened so i booked elsewhere.
