I received an email about "Community Virgin Australia". I assume this is just VA going down the same path as JQ/QF asking people to fill out surveys?

I've been getting them for years. They're usually asking questions to improve the customer experience or get peoples travel habits and I don't get them very often.

I also went to a focus group a few months ago as a part of this program (on de-bundling).

Usually just online surveys.
