Here's what I received. With my skills as an interpreter I have tried to debunk some of rhetoric and make it user friendly.

As Australia's leading premium airline,(Until VA becomes a much bigger rival or we sell out completely to overseas interests) Qantas is committed (and a few of its staff and management should be) to giving you the best possible travel experience. ( We have a great sense of humour that only we understand.)
The exceptional products and services (by third world standards) you enjoy throughout your
journey are complemented by the rewards you receive as a Qantas
Frequent Flyer. (so feel rewarded we take your booking) We've made a variety of changes in the last
few years to give you a broader, more rewarding program,(and dilute what we can when we were naive enough to think you would ever consider flying with the opposition) whilst our investment in the future will deliver you continued improvements when you fly. (future meaninig Alan Joyce wants the same bonuses that his predecessor enjoyed)
