I'm sure the key here is the publicity, but given they're paying to put 101 people up at a hotel, not sure why you wouldn't just make it 50 x 2 pax prizes and spread the goodwill out a bit.

Plus it's from a port closest to the winner so those 100 people you know have to be local to you or do some routing to originate from your closest port.

Equally potentially awkward is that it's auto entry so someone who might legitimately not even know anywhere near 100 people could end up winning it, although I don't think it would take long for people to suddenly start finding them. The T&Cs say you can nominate less than 100 people but I'm not sure who's benefit that would be to
