I haven't flown internationally out of Perth before is there much difference between the EK and QF Lounge in Perth?

EK generally have proper champagne and somewhat better food in their J lounges compared with QF, but I haven't been to either Perth lounge so I don't know personally. Get to the airport early and try them both
