And still nothing. No response from Accor to either my first email or my follow up!!!

In all seriousness, the only way to get traction on an issue with A-Club is to call them.

Yes, I know that this can be a PITA but you're going to get an operator who knows what they're doing, and can generally fix on the first call.

To expedite things, make sure you tell them the call is the result of an email communication and be sure to quote the tracking number. This will mean you'll spend a few minutes on hold while they read the case, but it will speed things up.
 
I signed up to the A|Club last year, and was on a similar complimentary Gold status. Since then, I've racked up 28,000 points and hit Platinum.

I know people keep saying how difficult the program is etc., but I've not really experienced any of those problems. Already redeemed 20,000 points for a stay at Grand Mercure Twin Waters, that went without a hitch.
 
Do AClub points expiry? No bonus points for stay at All Seasons Bali. But regret I didn't stay at Pullman would've been better location.
