Complimentary Upgrade to BP due to oversold flight, Airpoints earning?

So today I flew CHC – AKL - BNE with Air NZ.

What I thought would be a premium economy experience turned out to be a business premier experience due to Air NZ overselling the flight in that section.

I only learnt of this upgrade when I entered the Koru Lounge in AKL as I had the Works Deluxe fare.

Because of this, what level should I be earning my points at? Economy or Business?

Free upgrades dont normally come with a bumped FF earn regardless of the airline (although I cannot confirm or deny a recent middle east airline did increase my earn)

Well done on the upgrade -AirNZ have pretty good Yild managment and operational upgrades are pretty rare.

i was exceptionally shocked myself when I entered koru lounge in AKL to learn I got a complimentary upgrade, 3 days after they rejected my OneUp offer.
