The VA app is saying: “You have now earned enough status credits and eligible sectors to retain gold status”.
The Velocity app is saying: 0 status credits needed, 4 of 4 eligible sectors to maintain.
Who do I believe?

Good news, they are saying the same thing. 0 status credits needed, 4 of 4 eligible sectors flown.

Previously the sectors thing would have said 1 of 4, then 2 of 4… it’s just their way of denoting it.

Not dumb @Justinf. I'm very confused.

I calculated that wife would have 1000SCs on 26 December and she needed 2 more flights for Platinum. We flew on 22 Jan and 2 flights expired on 19 Jan.

Now I think we need 60SCs and 2 flights by end of March and she'll have Platinum for 12 months then Gold for 12 months and I'd say that's the end of VA status with the program changes coming into effect.

This was why I was confused because I didn’t think I had done enough sectors.
Did a Mel-zqn return but that’s only 2 sectors. Other than that I don’t think I have flown VA domestically.
The SQ flights don’t count as sectors.
