When I create a business reward fare booking from Melb to Nadi. Virgin's website shows me the cost of the reward in points plus taxes in dollars. When I select my flight the taxes are charged in points (which I don't want) and I'm not provided with an option to pay the taxes in cash.

Is this correct? Am I missing something?

Before you put in your visa details in, there is a slide bar that you can move to the left to reduce points and increase tax $?

Cheers, Denali. I wasn't clicking all the way through the to final page to see that.

Sorry for the n00b question, I've never redeemed through Virgin.
