Congrats! That's a lot of hard flying to hit the towering heights!

Perhaps the best part is the Platinum baggage tags. I've got one on my big yellow duffle bag, proudly displayed, another on my big BookCrossing tote bag full of books, another one on my carry on backpack, another on my daypack, one on my Day-Timer, one more on my little companion toy bear, one dangling from my hat.

I've sent emails to Qantas suggesting that they make a range of Platinum clothing for their premium flyers. Platinum t-shirts, Platinum undies etc.

No reply yet, perhaps they are miffed they didn't think of it first.

And no, that W in WP doesn't stand for what the other guys say it does. It stands for Whoopee!
 
Let me add my congratulations - in a few years I might be in a similar situation with regards enough flights to make WP - or my preference would be AA EXP. Won't be for a couple more years yet though.
