Connection Time in Hong Kong

Um, no...

HKG is a large airport, it takes quite some time to get from one end of the airport to the other. I was on a CX flight (transferring to a QF flight) and we had to board a train to get us from the gate to the transit area. (Keep in mind that HKG keeps arriving and departing pax apart until arriving pax have gone through security again)

Assuming you'd be able to make the connection. I highly doubt you'd have time to visit a lounge.

The transit area may be a choke point in your plan. Get off the plane as soon as you can and walk briskly to the transit area to be re-screened. If several planes arrive at the same time it can get a bit crowded.

Have your BPs and passport ready for checking as you go through.

Suggest you let the screening staff know you have a tight connection.
