Contact Centre Down ?

Has anyone else tried to call the contact centre this morning. I have tried several times and each time after putting in my membership no I get the transferring you now then dead line which disconnects after 20sec or so.

Spoke to Virgin twice this morning regarding purchasing flights / upgrading - agent could not assist as she had no idea how to do it so she said would put me through to Platinum section - was on hold 15mins before I hung up.

Called Velocity, got straight through and assisted immediately - go figure.

Apologies Jama, yes there was a short phone outage this morning.
This has been rectified now, and we are investigating the cause.
